As local schools or churches if they have any use for them. Magazines can be used as materials for art projects, and oftentimes these materials are difficult to come by.

You can use them for art projects yourself, in your own home, also. If you have children, nieces and nephews, or neighbor kids, making collages is a great way to entertain them.
