Things You Should Know Before Reserving A Limousine Service
Getting married, your birthday, it’s your prom, it’s the first time you want to rent a limousine but you don’t know where to start? How much does it cost? is there any hidden charges? or how much should I tip the driver?
Read these useful tips to use during your search until the end of your ride.Before you make your reservation:
Ask the limousine company about any additional charges (besides gratuity and tax) before you make your reservation. For example: fuel surcharge, meeting and greeting, airport fees, extra travel time, or any other fees.
Ask the limousine company about their cancellation policy. For example: The deadline for canceling without being charged. Ask about cancellation fees, etc…
If you think you might go over the time limit of your reservation, it is better to inform the limousine company before the date of service. This will save you money and you guaranty availability for the extra time. If the company has the vehicle reserved after your time is over they might not be able to extend your reservation in the last minute.
Call the limousine company to confirm your reservation a week ahead to insure they still have your reservation. It is a good idea to call the day of service a few hours prior to pickup, especially if it is your wedding.
