Bridal wraps – the complete wedding dress
At some certain moment of their lives, every girl and woman wants to get married. They want to be brides and they dream about the wedding day and mostly about the wedding dress. There are many types of wedding dresses. When a bride-to-be chooses the right dress, she has to select shoes, veil, jewelries and other accessories. And they all have to be suitable to the chosen wedding dress. Other important parts of the complete wedding dresses are the bridal wraps. They are needed not only like accessory or to keep warm in cold weather, but to complete the entire style of the bride and the wedding dress.
There are many kinds of bridal wraps. They vary in many things, but the bridal wraps could be grouped by the following: fabric, embellishment, sleeve length, neckline, season, etc. Different bridal wraps by fabric can be made of satin, silk, fur, taffeta, cotton, polyester, lace, chiffon, tulle and so on. By sleeve length, bridal wraps can be with long sleeves, with ¾ sleeves, with half sleeves, with short sleeves or even without sleeves (sleeveless).
Another classification for the bridal wraps is by neckline. And the most common types in this group are v-neck, off-the-shoulders and high neck. Also there is a classification by embellishment. Here the imagination takes a big place. There are so many types of this group. For example, there are bridal wraps with different patterns or with different embroidery. Also some of them include crystals, rhinestone and or buttons. In addition, bridal wraps vary in groups related to ruffles, appliqués and flowers.
The types of bridal wraps also vary by season. It is interesting that some of them are appropriate for more than one season. And the most common combination is the following – spring, summer, fall. Bridal wraps especially for winter are made to keep warm. Other relevant fact is that some bridal wraps can be used not only for wedding dresses, but for other types of dresses like ball gowns, etc.
The most important thing when choosing bridal wraps is related to the appropriate combination of the wedding dress and shoes, bridal wraps, veil, jewelries and so on. That all mix has to be suitable for the bride-to-be and then there is the whole concept, i.e. the complete wedding dress. After all, brides are never taken as just a “doll” wearing a white dress. Attention is always paid to the entire combination of the dress, jewelries and shoes.
