In one sentence “make sure all requirements for purchase have been satisfied by the buyer”.
The owner of the property will not only require the buyer to be willing and capable of purchasing the property, but will require a down payment in most cases for the purchase of the property so ensure you have the basic down payment is available or ensure a good credit rating is available to ensure the landlord of your seriousness in acquiring the said property under the Lease purchase agreement. In all transactions, ensure you have a lawyer on hand to provide you with up to date with the state’s requirements for lease purchase.
