Careers with uniforms

In most lines of work many people have to wear uniforms as a part of their job, the reasoning behind having a uniform is normally to identify who works at the particular business or identifying people in an emergency such as a police officer.  It’s important that some careers have uniforms as it means the worker feels involved and has a sense of pride and belonging.

This is true with police officers with extra badges and markings that denote their rank which serves to inform both the public but also fellow officers.  What is little known is that there are many careers that need uniforms too, below are a couple of examples.

Nurse uniforms

Nurses will need identifying in an emergency much like a police officer but in a hospital environment.  The uniform of a nurse has remained fairly similar over the years which are usually a blue dress of some sort.  These days doctors, medical students and nurses tend to wear medical scrubs which are a t shirt and trousers in a colour that indicates their job.  The material needs to be easily washed and have plenty of pockets for all the instruments and medical apparatus the nurse may need to have on them.
